These are our contracts and anyone interested in getting a pup,dog, or stud service from us should read through them and must agree to sign a copy of the contract before receiving the pup, dog, or stud service. Please let us know if you think there is something that we left out or if there is something that we should delete. Thanks for your time and your business. We hope you will enjoy your newest family member.
Puppy Policy
If you have placed a deposit on a puppy, the remaining balance will be due at the time of shipping (usually at 6 weeks of age). If you do not pay the remaining balance by this time your deposit will be forfeited. If you still choose to purchase the pup after the time period, there will be a $25/week boarding fee. If after an additional 4 weeks of boarding the pup there is still a remaining balance the deposit will be lost, unless otherwise worked out prior. All puppies will come up-to-date on all shots and will be dewormed starting at the age of 2 weeks.We guarantee the pup to be in good health the day you pick it up from us or from the airport.If within 7 days your vet believes the pup to be sick, you agree to send the pup back along with a licensed veterinarian's accessment, at your cost. We will then in return send you a new pup if one is available at our cost. If one is not available you will be eligible for one from a future breeding. No cash refunds. For any replacement, you MUST have the pup checked out and verified by a licensed veterinarian and have all paperwork provided to us within 7 days of recieving the pup.Should the pup die, you must have a veterinary's "certificate of death" along with cause of death and any treatment given to the pup. If it is found that the pup died due to an accident or any negligence from the buyer, it not our responsibility to provide the buyer with a new pup, although something may be worked out to obtain a new pup (conditional). We are not responsble for any vet bills or any other bills occurred after the purchase date of the pup. If you have placed a deposit on a certain pick and you would like to change your pick, you may do so if the pick is still available, but there will be no cash returned. Anything left over from the deposit will be used towards purchase of the pup.All deposits are non-refundable but may be trasferred on to another breeding. Should for any reason the breeding does not take, the deposit will be transferred to the next breeding or towards another pup (If Available). GaCliQue Kennels reserves the right to add GCK (GaClique Kennels abbreviated) to the name of each pup from one of our productions. Please show respect to the ones who created the dogs.

Stud Contract

| BETWEEN GaCliQue Kennels ___________________[hereafter, owner of the male] | |||||||||

| entering into an agreement for providing and accepting stud service for | |||||||||
| the female:_____________________________________ by | |||||||||
| the male: GaCliQue's _________________________, by the terms of this contract. | |||||||||
| Stud service is to be provided under the following contract conditions which are not subject to change by | |||||||||
| either party now or in the future unless such changes are mutually agreed upon by both parties. | |||||||||
| I. PEDIGREES, REGISTRATIONS FORMS, ETC. | |||||||||
| A.Stud service is available to approved females only. The owner of the male reserves | |||||||||
| the right to refuse stud service for any reason. | |||||||||
| B.The owner of the female shall submit with this contract a 3 generation pedigree | |||||||||
| of the female to be bred and a copy of her litter registration slip. | |||||||||
| C.With the return of the female to her owner and the payment of all fees owned, the owner of the male | |||||||||
| shall provide a signed litter registration slip and a 3 generation pedigree of the male. | |||||||||
| II. HEALTH OF THE FEMALE | |||||||||
| A. A veterinary's current certificate of negative Brucellosis test must be given at least | |||||||||
| one week before planned stud service. | |||||||||
| B.The owner of the male reserves the right to return the female to her owner if the animal is deemed not to be | |||||||||
| in the proper physical condition upon arrival. In such cases the owner of the female agrees to accept | |||||||||
| financial responsibility for all costs incurred in the return of the dog. | |||||||||
| C.Veterinary services for the female shall be provided in cases of emergency or if the female's health or | |||||||||
| continued health appears to be in question. The owner of the male reserves the right to use discretion | |||||||||
| in seeking such services. The owner of the female shall be notified immediately when such services | |||||||||
| are sought and shall be responsible for all veterinary costs incurred. | |||||||||
| III. FEES | |||||||||
| A. The fee for this stud service shall be:_________________________________ | |||||||||
| The fee is for the service. If there is no breeding the fee with be returned with the female. Since the male | |||||||||
| is potent and producing, if the female is bred and does not conceive or produces a stillborn litter, the fault is | |||||||||
| considered to be with the female and no fee is returned. Up to two rebreedings, however, will be allowed if | |||||||||
| there is no live birth. There is a fee of $100 for each rebreeding. Such return service is limited to | |||||||||
| the same stud and the same female, with the same contract stipulations applying. | |||||||||
| B.The owner of the female shall be responsible for the costs of shipment both to the the facility of the owner | |||||||||
| of the male and back to the facility of the female. The female shall be returned to her owner on a collect basis | |||||||||
| when shipment is a necessity unless the shipping charge is paid to the owner of the male prior to shipment. | |||||||||
| C.The stud fee includes boarding for ___ days.A fee of ___ a day shall be charged for subsequent boarding. | |||||||||
| IV. LIABILITY | |||||||||
| A.Reasonable care shall be taken of the female to be bred. The owner of the male shall not be responsible | |||||||||
| for the loss of the female due to injury, illness, theft, fire, or like circumstance. | |||||||||
| B.The owner of the male shall not assume responsibility for any disease contracted by the female | |||||||||
| or injury resulting to the female as a result of this service. | |||||||||
| C.The owner of the female shall not assume responsibility for disease contracted by the male or injury | |||||||||
| resulting to the male or to the owner of the male as a result of this service. | |||||||||
| V. Misc Items of Note | |||||||||
| A.1 or more pups, stillborn or alive constitutes a litter.**In the case of a single puppy litter (Only 1 pup conceived); pup is to be sold and divided equally among both parties, and breeding is to be repeated.** | |||||||||
| B.If the female fails to concieve on the return services, this contract will be terminated | |||||||||
| and stud fee will be not be returned. | |||||||||
| Failure to honor this contract and its stipulations shall elicit a penalty charge of $1000 payable to | |||||||||
| the owner of the male by the owner of the female upon submission of proof. In case of a dispute the | |||||||||
| case will be tried in Georgia, under Georgia law, and the owner of the female will pay all | |||||||||
| court costs, attorney's fees and traveling expenses. | |||||||||

| 1. Have stud fee resolved before service. | |||||||||

| 3. Pays any subsequent fees owned prior to return of the female. | |||||||||
| 4. Notify stud dog owner/agent, in writing no later than 70 days after mating if no pregnancy results from the mating. | |||||||||
| Failure to do so will result in no return service being provided. | |||||||||
| 5. Keep the female properly confined following the breeding to ensure no other dog could mate her accidentally, | |||||||||
| before mating season is finished. | |||||||||
| 6.Agrees to not knowingly sell or transfer puppies whelped as a result of this mating to any person or firm | |||||||||
| connected with the business of resale or wholesale of dogs. | |||||||||
| Owner of the male shall: | |||||||||
| 1. Take normal adequate care of the female while in our care (If left or shipped to us) | |||||||||
| 2. Provides a copy of the male's pedigree and a signed litter registration slip upon return of the female. | |||||||||
| 3. Provide a return stud service of the same dog to the same female if no pregnancy results from the mating, | |||||||||
| at no charge. To receive the return service, the bitch owner must notify the stud dog owner of failure | |||||||||
| to conceive, in writing, not more than 70 days following the mating. If the stud is no longer available | |||||||||
| for whatever reason, for the return service, the stud owner or agent reserves the right | |||||||||
| to offer a different stud to the female's owner. | |||||||||
